Protected funds, independent asset review and a controlled handoff — built into every GLOBAL2U Escrow transaction.
GLOBAL2U CORP may verify individuals and organizations before or during use of the service. The level of verification depends on the account, transaction activity and risk indicators involved.
Verification helps connect an account to the real person or organization authorized to fund, submit, receive or be paid for an asset. It also helps GLOBAL2U protect its physical centers and digital review environment from unauthorized instructions.
A personal purchase and a business-controlled transaction do not present the same questions. Requests are adjusted to identity, authority, ownership and activity.
Customers may be asked for identifying information and suitable evidence that the information belongs to them.
Organizations may need to provide formation, ownership and authorized-representative information.
Information requests are intended to support fraud prevention, legal compliance and appropriate transaction controls.
Verification may be refreshed when account details change or activity no longer matches the information on record.
Verification records are subject to access and retention controls aligned with operational and legal requirements.
Verification may occur when an account is created, before funding, before a seller receives asset-intake instructions, before buyer delivery or seller payout, or when risk-relevant information changes. A previous verification does not prevent GLOBAL2U Escrow from requesting an update when records are outdated or activity is materially different.
Transaction access may remain limited until required checks are complete. Review time depends on the clarity of the information, the parties involved and whether additional evidence is needed.
Requests identify the type of information required and the secure method for providing it. Documents should be current, readable and consistent with the account and transaction details.
Customers should never send identity documents in response to an unexpected message. If a request appears unusual, confirm it through the established GLOBAL2U Escrow support channel before proceeding.
Verification information is used for identity, fraud, risk and compliance purposes. Access and retention are controlled according to operational need and applicable obligations.
Customers are responsible for keeping submitted information accurate and notifying GLOBAL2U Escrow when legal name, ownership, authority or other material account details change.
