Protected funds, independent asset review and a controlled handoff — built into every GLOBAL2U Escrow transaction.
Defined from start to finish
A transaction process everyone can follow.
GLOBAL2U CORP acts as the controlled point between seller and buyer. The buyer funds the escrow, the seller transfers the asset to our review operation, and GLOBAL2U independently verifies it before completing delivery and payout.
Physical goods are routed to an assigned GLOBAL2U escrow center within our nationwide network. Digital goods are submitted to a protected digital review department. In both cases, the buyer receives the review report before the asset is forwarded and the seller is paid.
Funds and the asset remain under a controlled process until independent review is complete.
Buyer and seller security
Protection for both sides
GLOBAL2U Escrow balances both sides by controlling the funds and the asset handoff. The seller does not ship directly to the buyer, and the buyer does not receive an unreviewed asset through the escrow workflow.
Buyer protection
The asset reaches GLOBAL2U for independent review before buyer delivery.
The buyer receives a report showing the result against the agreed criteria.
A material exception pauses forwarding and payout while the documented resolution path is followed.
Seller protection
The seller confirms that buyer funds are secured before transferring the asset to GLOBAL2U.
Receipt and review are recorded through an assigned center or protected digital channel.
After a successful review, GLOBAL2U forwards the asset and issues the seller payout under the agreement.
Shared safeguards
Both parties see the same intake status, review outcome and transaction record. GLOBAL2U controls the point between asset receipt and money release, reducing dependence on either party’s unsupported claim.
The transaction journey
Seven stages from agreement to verified handoff.
The same control sequence applies to physical and digital assets, with the intake and review method adapted to the transaction.

Two intake paths
Physical and digital assets follow the same control logic
For a physical transaction, GLOBAL2U assigns an escrow center from its nationwide review network. The seller ships or delivers the item there, where receipt, identity, condition and the agreed specifications can be documented before onward delivery.
For a digital transaction, the seller submits the files, code, license, credentials or other digital deliverable to a protected review department. Access and functionality are reviewed within the scope of the agreement before the asset is transferred to the buyer.
The handling method is different, but the safeguard is the same: GLOBAL2U independently reviews the asset before the buyer receives it and before the seller payout is released.

Exceptions and disputes
If the transaction does not go as planned
If the asset is late, incomplete or does not match the agreed criteria, GLOBAL2U pauses buyer delivery and seller payout while the notice, review and resolution steps in the agreement are followed. Each side can provide relevant documents and evidence within the transaction record.
The purpose of the process is not to favor the buyer or seller. It is to preserve the agreed conditions, establish what occurred and support a decision based on the available evidence and applicable transaction terms.
Why the structure matters
Why structured escrow reduces risk
Protected funding gives the seller confidence that money is available. Controlled asset intake and independent review give the buyer confidence that the item or digital deliverable is checked before it reaches them.
The review report creates a neutral reference point for the final handoff. Successful review connects buyer delivery with seller payout; a material exception keeps both actions paused until the agreed resolution path is complete.
